Our Process For Bathroom Remodeling & Renovations
Step 1: Initial Consultation
Initial consultation is taken place at your home with our design team. We discuss objectives, specific functions of the space, lead time and investment range. Measurements and photos are also taken during the home consult.
Step 2: Schematic Design
Our design team will brainstorm and develop schematic plans with all the information provided in the initial consult. Circulation patterns, lifestyle and minimum clearances are considered and applied to a proposed floor plan.
Step 3: Presentation
Upon completion of the schematic design, we will present to you 3D renderings and floor plans for your space at our showroom. Our 3D rendering program allows you to really visualize your space. As well as our large showroom helps you select fixtures, tiles, and finishes. In this session, we finalize the design, outline scope of work and review investment ranges in relation to the project budget and design.
Step 4: Construction Documentation
Specific detail of the work to be completed is documented as well as a final check measure before construction begins. This documentation includes specific information about the job such as millwork specifications, plumbing and electrical location, structural support and finishes selection.
Step 5: The Construction
Work begins in your home. The project manager is often onsite to ensure items are received in good condition, installed according to plan and timelines.
